Flour, water, salt and hand laminated inclusions such as walnuts, cranberries, cheddar cheese, Jalapenos, cinnamon and raisins and many more creative combinations. Don't be fooled by the "sourfaux" of the big grocery chains. This is bread in old world style made from hand made starter and cold fermented to achieve a beautiful well rounded full flavor. Open baked on stones to create a richly colored, crispy, chewy crust with a medium dense crumb. Great for toast, sandwiches, and your favorite charcuterie and butter boards. Our Sourdough crackers and focaccia are excellent for entertaining, snacking and a great accompaniment for your favorite cheeses and jellies.
