About Thisnthat Homestead Inc.

ThisnThat Homestead is a small but busy family-run homestead built on a passion for producing what we consume, a love of good food and a profound respect for the land and creatures that we steward.

What started as “let’s move to the country and see what happens” quickly turned into a full lineup of items that we produce and share, from seasonal produce, herbs, flowers and microgreens to baked goods, confectionery, pantry items, and preserves. We also passionately raise and breed heritage poultry (chickens, ducks and turkeys) and run a busy self-serve farmstand in Brazeau County (look for us on AB-621 between Drayton Valley and Easyford or check Google maps)

Our baker's background in creative, asthetic catering leads us to lean into bold flavors, unexpected combinations, themed menus and a playful, experimental approach—using unique ingredients and blending classic techniques with fresh ideas to create something you don’t find just anywhere. Everything is made with intention, care, curiosity, and the goal of making food that feels indulgent, yet nourishing and comforting.
